Shipping Policy

Our products are hand delivered by our own team, or available for collection at our base.

Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping within the UK and Ireland is currently free with the following exclusions: Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations. Products that are in stock will ship within 2 working days. Expect 2-3 working days thereafter for domestic delivery. The Supplier will provide the Customer with dispatch notice and tracking details depending on the postal or courier service used. Backorder purchases on products that still require manufacturing will ship as close to the estimated date as made available by the Supplier. Circumstances outside of the Supplier's control may cause delays to the shipping date and/or duration of the shipment.

The Supplier undertakes a 30-day return/refund/replacement policy during which a Customer may return an undamaged item, at their own expense, unassembled and in original packaging. Where the request for a return/refund/replacement exists due to damaged or defective items, the Supplier will undertake a case-by-case assessment of the product within 14 days of receipt thereof. Where verified and deemed as defective at the sole discretion of the Supplier, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to the Customer, limited to the amount of the original shipping cost. In all other circumstances, the Supplier reserves the right to adjust the value of the refund, where products returned are not in their original packaging or parts are missing. Any replacements for damaged or defective components shall be shipped directly to the Customer at the Supplier’s expense.
